| 摘 要： | 为解决检修车扣车作业与运输组织需求之间日益突出的矛盾，提出开发国铁货车检修车辅助管理系统。系统采用B/S模式，使用SSH作为MVC开发框架，Oracle11g作为生产数据库,面向调度、车辆、车务各部门用户，解决多个部门无法共享检修车数据信息、没有上级调度部门统一调配待检修车资源的问题，实现局管内车辆检修效益与运输效益“双赢”。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the increasingly prominent contradiction between the operation of the maintenance vehicle parking and the demand for transport organization, the auxiliary management system of national railway freight car maintenance vehicle was proposed. The system adopted the B/S mode, used SSH as the MVC development framework, Oracle11g as the production database, faced the users of dispatching, vehicle and vehicle department, solved the problem that multiple departments could not share the data of maintenance vehicle, and did not have the unified dispatching of vehicles to be repaired by the superior dispatching department, implemented "win win" in vehicle maintenance efficiency and transport efficiency. |
