| 摘 要： | 分析了我国现有铁路工务管理信息系统与发达国家铁路工务管理信息系统之间的差距基础上,提出了基于我国铁路地理信息系统(RGIS)的铁路工务动态管理信息系统总体方案,该方案充分利用RGIS的技术特点,可为现有工务管理信息系统提供强大的图形、图像直观表现能力和辅助决策功能,实现相关信息资源的共享,同时还具有动态管理功能.

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the drawback in railway permanent way management information systems in China, this paper present a RGIS based (China Railway Geographic Information System) railway permanent ways dynamical management system. This system can make the most of existing hardware and software resource, has powerful ability of dynamic data management with vivid graphic mode and make data sharing possible. |
