铁路施工计划管理信息系统研究

铁路施工计划的提报、编制、审核和实施是铁路施工的中心环节,随着计算机技术在铁路工作中的逐步应用,铁路施工计划管理也将逐步实现计算机智能管理.针对目前铁路施工计划管理工作中出现的问题,在充分理解施工各部门间关系的基础上,以数据库和网络技术为支撑,从铁路施工的整个流程入手,利用已有的铁路信息系统的数据,对铁路施工计划管理信息系统进行深入的分析和研究,并在系统中论述了施工计划提报编制微机化、汇总分类自动化、操作简单化等各项功能,论证了采用计算机技术对施工计划进行智能化管理,并在日常运输生产中发挥作用的必要性和可行性.最后在满足其功能要求的前提下,给出一个已经被应用的实例.

Study on Management Information System for railway construction plans

The preparation, establishment, examination and implementation of railway construction plans were key link for railway construction, with the development of computer technology in railway work, the computer intelligent management would be applied to the management for railway construction plans. Aiming at the problem in the management work for railway construction plans, on the basis of fully understanding the relation among the departments, supported by the technology of network and database, starting with the whole process of the railway construction, utilizing the information systems data that have existed, it was analysed and researched the Management Information System for railway construction plans deeply, and discussed some functions as follows: how to computerize the preparation and establishment; how to make collection and categorizing automatic; how to make implementation simply and so on , proposed that computer technology became necessary and feasible in applying intelligent management to construction plans and had effect on normal transportation work. In the end, on the premise of answer the requirement of its functions, an applied example was presented.
