跨省市铁路企业工会职工保障信息系统的设计与实现

为推进网上工会平台建设，解决跨省市铁路企业职工医疗互助、困难补助等保障管理难的问题，利用Java开发工具，采用MiniUI、SSH框架，基于Oracle 11g数据库，研发铁路企业工会职工保障信息系统。该系统已在中国铁路上海局集团有限公司工会上线运行，实现了人员基础信息、医疗费用报销信息与外部系统的对接，建立从车间、单位到铁路局集团有限公司的无纸化业务流程，设立岗位内控监督环节，提升了工作效率和各类补助的准确性，同时为职工提供补助自助查询功能，为跨省市大型企业工会信息系统建设提供参考。

Labor union employee security information system in trans-provincial and city railway enterprises

In order to promote the construction of an online labor union platform, solve the security management difficulties of medical mutual assistance and difficult subsidies for the trans-provincial and city enterprise employees, this article researched and developed a railway enterprise labor union employee security information system by using MiniUi, SSH framework, and based on Oracle 11g database. The system has been put into operation in the Labor Union of China Railway Shanghai Group Co. Ltd., which has implemented the docking of basic personnel information, medical expense reimbursement information and external system, established paperless business process from workshop, unit to Railway Group Co. Ltd., established post internal control and supervision link, improved work efficiency and accuracy of various subsidies, and provided functions of subsidies self-service inquiry for employees. It can provide reference for the construction of labor union information system of large enterprises trans-provinces and cities.
