摘    要:“一体化”交通枢纽的出现,不仅可实现铁路和航空两种交通工具的共享双赢,更为旅客出行带来了诸多便利。然而,具有空铁联运功能的车站占地面积较大,如何在庞大、复杂的区域进行便捷换乘,成为亟待解决的问题。为此提出了一种面向“一体化”交通枢纽的智能引导设备,以“畅通融合、智能便捷”为理念,实现一张“脸”知行程,根据旅客人脸特征查询行程,显示路径引导,显著提升旅客出行体验,降低车站服务成本,使得旅客可以真正地享受“一体化”交通枢纽带来的便捷服务。

Intelligent guidance equipment based on "integrated" transportation hub

Abstract:The emergence of "integrated" transportation hub can not only implement the win-win sharing of railway and air transport tools, but also bring a lot of convenience for passengers. However, the station with the function of air-railway intermodality occupies a large area. How to transfer conveniently in a huge and complex area has become an urgent problem to be solved. To this end, this paper proposed an intelligent guidance equipment based on "integrated" transportation hub. Based on the concept of "smooth integration, intelligent and convenient", the equipment could know the journey with a "face", query the journey according to the passenger's face features, and display the path guidance. It can significantly improve the travel experience of passengers and reduce the service cost of stations, so that passengers can really enjoy the convenient service brought by the "integrated" transportation hub.
