高速铁路更新改造与大修整治项目计划管理系统研究与实现

设计高速铁路更新改造与大修整治项目计划系统,解决项目计划流转纸质文档信息化问题,提升项目计划管理效率和分析应用水平。以目前高铁公司项目计划管理业务需求为依据,调研数据现状与系统功能需求,从数据标准化与规范化、系统总体架构、功能模块等方面进行设计,搭建高速铁路更新改造与大修整治项目计划管理系统。结果表明,该系统满足高铁更新改造与大修整治管理需求,同时,可为管理决策提供数据支撑。

Project planning management information system for high-speed railway renovation and overhaul

This paper designed the project planning management information system for high-speed railway renovation and overhaul, solved the problem of paper document informatization of project planning circulation, improved the efficiency of project planning management and the level of analysis and application.Based on the current project planning management business requirements of high-speed railway company, the paper investigated the present situation of data and system functional requirements, carried out the design from the aspects of data standardization and normalization, overall system architecture, functional modules, etc., and built the project planning management information system for high-speed railway renovation and overhaul.The results show that the system can meet the management requirements of high-speed railway renovation and overhaul, and provide data support for management decisions.
