基于数据仓库和OLAP技术的故障分析应用研究

制造业的故障分析涉及众多复杂因素和海量数据，传统的故障分析方法已经不能满足需求。利用数据仓库和联机分析处理（OLAP）技术解决电视制造业中的故障分析问题。首先介绍数据仓库和OLAP的基本概念和相关技术，然后在实际应用中利用SQL Server2000提供的数据转换服务（DTS）来完成数据仓库的构建，并用SQL Server2000提供的专门用于数据分析的软件Analysis Service完成OLAP分析，最终实现故障分析系统。这一解决方案能够实现传统的信息管理系统向信息分析决策系统的转变。

Application research of manufacturing fault analysis base on warehouse and OLAP

On current manufacturing fault analysis involved complicated factors and huge data,so the traditional fault analysis could not meet the requirement.It was told that using data warehouse and on-line analysis processing(OLAP) technology could solve fault analysis in television manufacturing.At first,it introduced basic concept and the relative technology about data warehouse and OLAP.Then,in practice,using Data Transform Services(DTS) that SQL Server 2000 provided constructs of the data warehouse and using Analysis Service that SQL Server 2000 provided special data analysis software accomplish OLAP.Finally,it has realized the fault analysis system.This solution urged the transform that was from Traditional Information Management System to the Information Analysis Decision System.
