| 摘 要： | 通过对铁路货运承运制清算数据、清算过程和清算结果进行稽查和审核，总结出一套完整、可行的系统内部稽核制度。实践表明，该制度有效提高了货运承运制清算工作效率、保障了数据可靠性。

| Abstract: | This article summarized a complete and feasible system of internal audit by checking and auditing the data, process and results of the clearing of railway freight carriage system. Practical results show that the audit system effectively improves the efficiency of freight carriage system liquidation and guarantees the reliability of data. |
