| 摘 要： | 为加强物资采购管理,规范采购行为,集团公司电子采购广受倡导。以中国铁道科学研究院集团有限公司为背景,阐述了集团公司物资采购的现状,在全面分析采购需求的基础上,通过对集团公司采购平台的关键技术研究和业务模式创新,采用B/S结构,在.NET平台下开发了集团公司电商化采购平台,实现了公平、公正的电商化阳光采购,提高了采购工作效率和质量。

| Abstract: | In order to strengthen the material procurement management and standardize procurement practices, the group companies strongly advocate e-procurement. This article described the current status of material procurement of the group company. Based on a comprehensive analysis of procurement demand, through the key technology research and business model innovation of the group company's purchasing platform, using B/S structure, the group company's e-commerce purchasing platform was developed under.NET platform, which achieved fair and just e-commerce sunshine procurement, and improved the efficiency and quality of procurement work. |
