摘    要:分析市域快线基本特征及乘客诉求,将站点交通衔接纳入区域的综合交通规划,从更大范围、更高层面,用枢纽锚固的方式助力综合治堵、慢行系统改善等诸多交通问题。依托北京轨道交通22号线(平谷线)的实践,遵循TOD规划理念,通过交通先行的方式推进站点周边用地调整。综合交通和土地开发价值两方面因素,得出结论:每个市域快线站点都将成为该区域的交通换乘中心;在站点周边打造开放、友好的复合型城市核心;因地制宜地确定TOD发展模式,客观分析周边的土地价值及产业布局,促进规划的落实。

Abstract:This study analyzes the characteristics of express lines and the demands of passengers. Accordingly, we propose that the traffic connection of stations should be taken into full consideration in the comprehensive traffic planning in districts and in solving the diverse traffic problems of comprehensive congestion control and low-speed system improvement from a larger scope and higher level through hub anchorage. Based on the Beijing Rail Transit Line 22 (Pinggu Line) and the basic motivation of the transit-oriented development planning concept, the adjustment of lands around the site is promoted by means of the traffic-first idea. Considering the actual process of the express line projectof the area and the aspects of traffic and land development value, it is concluded that, first, every city express station should be transferred into a local traffic interchange hub; second, an open and friendly versatile city core should be created around these traffic stations; and, lastly, the development model should be determined according to the corresponding local conditions. The surrounding land value and industrial layout should be objectively analyzed, and the implementation of the plan should be actively promoted.
