设计对地铁工程投资的控制分析

讨论设计和价值工程理论对地铁工程投资控制的意义和作用,重点介绍设计在南京部分线路中所采取的限额设计、土建规模及工法优化、提高国产化、减少拆迁、资源共享等投资控制措施,以及在这些措施作用下的工程投资控制结果。结果表明:在价值工程法的指导下,设计所采取的全面投资控制措施,在南京地铁工程总体投资控制中发挥了关键作用。

The Analysis of Investment Control by Design in Metro Engineering Projects

In this article, we discussed the significances and effects of design and value analysis methods worked in metro projects. We mainly introduced a few investment control design measures taken in 4 Nanjing metro projects, such as quota design, optimizations of civil engineering scale and construction methods, to increase the percentage of localization, to reduce the demolition, the sharing of resources, etc. And the final results we got by the investment control methods above.
