| 摘 要： | 通过对韩国首尔市、日本东京市和大阪市城市轨道交通清分中心运作的介绍,提出我国建设城市轨道交通票款清分中心须注意的问题,包括建设资金来源与运作模式、下级系统的技术标准统一、票款清分规则和划账方式等,对票款清分中心的功能和在不同情况下的清分规则提出相应的建议.

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the practice of AFC clearing centers of Seoul in Korea and Tokyo and Osaka in Japan, and points out some problems to be considered to establish AFC clearing centers in Chinese urban rail transit systems. Meanwhile, proposals are made in terms of the functions of AFC clearing center and the clearing rules under different circumstances. |
