| 摘 要： | 在讨论轨道交通列车运行控制系统发展趋势和特点的基础上，分析基于通信的列车运行控制系统（CBTC）的技术发展战略；提出将系统技术规范作为CBTC研究的核心，将COTS技术作为系统开发的重要途径，将安全标准和评估体系作为CBTC应用的关键。

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of the development trend and characteristics of rail transit train control technique, the development strategy of CBTC (Communicationsbased Train Control) system is analyzed. The technical specification of the system should be the core of the research; the COTS techniques can be used as an important means in system development; and the safety standards and assessment system will be the key of CBTC application. |
