摘    要:为确保附属结构施工过程中装配式车站主体的安全与稳定,需要了解附属结构施工过程中装配式车站主体结构的力学规律。以深圳地铁装配式车站13号线市中医院站为工程背景,通过有限元数值计算,对附属结构的施工过程中装配式车站主体的内力和变形进行分析。计算表明:①附属结构基坑开挖导致主体结构整体有向附属开挖一侧变形的趋势,结构内力出现重分布,附属结构施工开挖过程中主体拱顶弯矩最大增幅在开挖1阶段;②在附属结构施工过程中可以采取主体顶板上方设置临时支撑、主体拱顶对拉连接、加强支护刚度等措施对装配式车站主体的内力及变形进行控制,其中主体顶板上方设置临时支撑措施的效果显著。结合设计措施的计算及实施情况对控制措施的设计应用进行研究,为装配式地铁车站的设计提供借鉴。

Abstract:To ensure the safety and stability and understand the mechanical law of the main body of a prefabricated station structure during the construction of an accessory structure, its internal forces and deformation were analyzed using finite element numerical calculations with the Shenzhen Metro Line 13 City Hospital Station as the engineering background. The calculations showed that the excavation of a subsidiary pit caused the structure to deform to the side of the subsidiary excavation; the internal force of the structure was redistributed, and the maximum increase in the amplitude of the vault bending moment occurred in the first stage of the auxiliary excavation. In the process of auxiliary construction, the internal force and deformation of the main body of the prefabricated structure were controlled by setting up temporary support measures above the roof plate of the main body, setting up an opposite tension connection in the vault, and strengthening the stiffness of the auxiliary support, among which the effect of the temporary support provided the greatest benefit. Combined with the calculation and analysis results of the design measures, the design application of the above control measures was studied in the context of providing a reference for the design of prefabricated subway station structures.
