城市轨道交通互联互通 全局调度系统研究

摘    要:为打破城市轨道交通传统单线调度指挥模式在大规模运营网络中日益凸显的调度流程繁琐、线路间联动 沟通不畅、处理突发事件效率不高等问题,提高线网级调度管控能力,以大城市快速发展对城市轨道交通的重大 需求为牵引,以重庆轨道集团既有研究及实践成果为基础,通过城市轨道交通多源大数据分析关键技术,搭建城 市轨道交通多源大数据平台,通过全局列车运行计划智能编制、全局列车运行智能调度、全局应急协调指挥等关 键技术实现全局调度系统的核心功能,开发部署了智慧化的新一代互联互通全局调度系统。研究结果表明:该 系统可以显著增强互联互通效能,从系统层面提高运营效率,节约运营成本,可以为其他城市轨道交通互联互通 全局调度系统的建设提供借鉴和指导。

Abstract:With large-scale operation networks, overcoming the disadvantages of the traditional single-line dispatch and command mode of urban rail transit, such as cumbersome dispatching processes, poor linkage and communication between lines, and low efficiency in handling emergencies, is becoming increasingly important, to improve the dispatching management and control capabilities at the network level. Here, a multi-source big data platform for urban rail transit is built using the key technologies of urban rail transit multi-source big data analysis. The core functions of the global dispatch system is realized using key technologies such as the intelligent preparation of operation plans, intelligent dispatch of global train operations, and global emergency coordination and command. In addition, a new generation of intelligent interconnected global dispatch systems is developed and deployed. With the major demand for urban rail transit for the rapid development of big cities, the existing research and practice achievements of Chongqing Railway Group is used as the basis. The system is proven to significantly enhance the efficiency of interconnection, improve operation efficiency at the system level, save on operation costs, and provide reference and guidance for the construction of an interconnection global dispatching system.
