摘    要:从技术特征、成本、环保、美观等方面,总结现 代有轨电车的优势; 结合墨尔本、巴黎等城市有轨电车 发展情况,分析现代有轨电车发展的影响因素、应用模 式和特征。研究表明,城市发展有轨电车主要受乘客 需求、政策、成本效益以及城市环境因素影响。在大城 市,有轨电车作为城市轨道交通的补充和延伸,应明确 有轨电车和轨道交通网络的关系; 在中小城市或卫星 城,有轨电车作为城市公共交通主体,需要充分发挥其 网络规模效益。我国既要从政策、税收、标准等方面制 定和完善现代有轨电车发展规范,又要结合城市经济 发展水平和城市总体规划理性发展有轨电车。

Application Mode and Development Impact Factors of Modern Tram
Abstract:This paper summarizes the advantages of modern tram from the technical characteristics, costs, environment protection and beauty aspects. The development impact factors, application mode and characteristics were analyzed in line with the tram development in Melbourne and Pairs, etc. Studies have shown that tram development is mainly affected by passenger demand, policy, costeffectiveness and urban environmental factors. In big cities, as a supplement and extension of urban rail transit, the relationship between tram and urban rail transit networks should be clear. In small cities and satellite towns, as the main urban public transport, scale effect of tram network should be fully made use of. In order to promote the tram development in China, we should improve the standards and norms of tram development through making policies and taking taxes, and develop the tram legitimately according to urban economy and urban overall plan.
