摘    要:以探索实用的上盖开发项目交通规划方法为目的,分析车辆段上盖开发的交通特征,提出上盖开发的交通规划理念与原则,重点总结不同交通方式的上盖内外衔接模式,包括道路、轨道交通、常规公交、出租车、非机动车和步行,并结合案例阐述应用情况。结论:上盖开发项目应依据车辆段基地条件,外围城市交通特征、上盖物业功能需求,因地制宜地选择适用的交通衔接方式。

Abstract:The comprehensive development of upper cover of rail transit depot is an intensive mode of urban space development. Through analysis on traffic characteristics of the upper cover development and the composition of the internal and external traffic connection system of the upper cover, this paper presents traffic planning ideas and principles of the upper cover development. From different aspects of transportation including road traffic system, rail transit system, conventional public transit system, non-motor vehicle system and pedestrian traffic system, it in-depth study the internal and external traffic connection modes of upper cover development. Combined with typical cases of the depot upper cover development, it elaborates on the applications of different connection modes, and explores practical traffic planning methods of upper cover development projects.
