轨道交通车辆段上盖综合开发研究与实践

摘    要:研究和分析轨道交通车辆段上盖综合开发的类型与决定因素,指出上盖综合开发类型包括住区开发、住宅与公建综合开发及交通枢纽站城一体化综合开发等经营性综合开发,以及公园绿地和城市基础设施的非经营性综合开发两大类。上盖综合开发定位的影响因素主要有项目区位选址、区域影响、前瞻规划,以及协同设计。在车辆段上盖综合开发类型的确定过程中需要综合考虑各方面因素。基于多重因素综合考虑,厦门轨道交通1号线高崎车辆段上盖综合开发项目建设成为国内首例车辆段上盖综合开发公交停车楼项目。

Abstract:Research and analysis of the types and design determinants of the integrated development of superstructures on rail transit depots shows that integrated development means the development of business premises, such as residential districts, synthesis of residential and public buildings, and integrated transport hubs, and that of public facilities like parks or green space and urban infrastructures. The factors influencing the integrated development mainly include location selection, regional influence, forward planning, and coordinated design. All these factors should be taken into consideration during the design and integrated development of depot superstructures. As an example, the Gaoqi Depot of Xiamen Rail Transit Line 1 was built as a bus stop building, which is the first case of integrated development of superstructures on rail transit depots.
