| 摘 要： | 论述对三级负荷管理认识的偏差,对当前常用的车站三级负荷管理模式的利弊进行分析,认为三级负荷管理模式不是简单的总开关可有可无的问题,涉及供电系统选配容量、管理运营需求等因素,应结合具体情况灵活处理.
