深圳市轨道交通枢纽规划建设实践与探索

通过对深圳市轨道交通枢纽3个发展阶段的全面回顾和总结,梳理轨道交通枢纽规划、建设及运营等方面实践积累的经验。结合深圳新的城市发展定位与要求,从枢纽总体布局、枢纽设施及空间组织、枢纽站城一体化、智慧枢纽4个方面阐述新时期轨道交通枢纽规划建设的创新探索。展望未来,提出轨道交通枢纽应以功能为导向完善布局及与城市空间体系和综合交通体系的协同,以体验为导向高品质、高标准配置枢纽设施及空间组织,以一体化运营为导向建立和完善枢规划建设机制、多措并举提升枢纽运营管理效率,可为新时期高质量、可持续推进轨道交通枢纽规划建设提供借鉴。

Exploration of Planning and Construction of Shenzhen Rail Transit Hub

Through a comprehensive review and summary of the three development stages of the Shenzhen rail transit hub, this paper summarizes the experience in the planning, construction, and operation of rail transit hubs. Combined with the new vision and requirements of Shenzhen urban development, the planning and construction of rail transit hubs in the new era is expounded from four aspects: overall layout, hub facilities and spatial organization, integration of the hub station and the city, and intelligent hub. For future development, the rail transit hub is proposed to be function-oriented to improve the layout and coordination with urban spatial systems and comprehensive transportation system, experience-oriented to configure hub facilities and spatial organization with excellent quality and high standards, and integrated operation-oriented to establish and improve the hub planning and construction mechanism. Moreover, the implementation of multiple measures is necessary to improve hub operation and management efficiency. The foregoing considerations are anticipated to be used as a reference in the planning and construction of high-quality and sustainable rail transit hubs in the new era.
