轨道车辆健康评价系统设计

随着中国轨道交通行业的蓬勃发展,轨道车辆的使用规模不断扩大,对车辆可靠性的要求也越来越高,而车辆健康管理作为安全运营的重要保障,传统的人工定期检查已很难满足要求。首次提出了轨道车辆健康评价方法,包括子系统健康评价、车辆健康评价和线路健康评价,以牵引系统为例,从5个评价维度上,详细阐述了健康度的计算方法。由于采用车地实时网络通信技术,实现了智能化、实时化和精细化的车辆健康评价系统,其评价结果和处理建议对车辆的运营和检修有着非常积极的指导意义。

Design of Health Evaluation System for Railway Vehicle

With the vigorous development of the railway industry in China, the scale of rail vehicles continues to grow, and the requirements for vehicle reliability are increasing. As an important guarantee for a safe operation, a traditional manual inspection makes it difficult to fulfill vehicle health management requirements. This paper first proposes a health evaluation method for railway vehicles, separately from the standpoint of the subsystem, vehicle, and line. This article takes the traction system as an example to elaborate on the calculation method of health from five evaluation dimensions. It realizes an intelligent, real-time, and refined vehicle health evaluation system by using vehicle-to-ground network communication technology. The evaluation results and handling suggestions have an extremely positive guiding significance for the operation and maintenance of railway vehicles.
