城市轨道交通智能装配式减振轨道系统成套技术

将高铁的预制板式轨道系统的经验引入城市轨道交通中,结合城市轨道交通的特点,从设计理论、轨道结构、减振隔离、轨道板制造、试验测试、施工装备、施工工艺等多方面开展研究工作,形成系统技术,尤其在预制板智能化施工装备的研制方面,是轨道交通领域装配式施工方面取得的重大突破,属世界首创。与传统预制板轨道施工工艺相比,减少人工作业,简化施工工序,提升施工效率,施工精度更高,轨道的平顺性更好,为将来城市轨道交通板式轨道的设计、制造及施工提供借鉴和参考。

Technology for Intelligently Assembled Precast Vibration Damping Track Structure in Urban Rail Transit

The slab track technology used in high-speed railways is applied to urban rail transit based on the characteristics of the latter. We studied all aspects of the technology, including design theory, track structure, vibration control method, track slab manufacturing, testing, construction equipment, construction technology, etc. A major breakthrough is achieved in the research on the method of using intelligent equipment for assembling slab tracks in urban rail transit systems. Compared with traditional slab track construction technology, the proposed construction method can reduce manpower hours, increase construction speed, and improve construction accuracy and track regularity. The method can be used as a good reference for track structure design, track slab manufacturing for urban rail transit projects.
