城市轨道交通装配式道岔道床 设计与实践

为克服现浇道岔道床岔枕离散、组装工序繁琐、工期较长及现有预制道岔道床结构复杂、施工工序多、 通用性较差的弊端，在现有预制道岔板的基础上，提出和研发一种新型的装配式道岔道床，从平面廓形、控制性 尺寸、承轨台、限位结构、隔离层或减振垫、转辙机安装预留接口等方面进行优化设计和研究创新，并在重庆轨 道交通 4 号线二期工程中成功实践。研究结果表明：与既有预制道岔道床相比，此新型装配式道岔道床的生产和 施工便利性显著增强，具有十分广泛的应用前景。

Design and Practice of Prefabricated Turnout Bed for Urban Rail Transit

A new type of prefabricated turnout bed was developed on the basis of the existing prefabricated turnout track structure to address the limitations of the existing prefabricated turnout track beds, such as discrete turnout sleepers, cumbersome assembly processes, long construction periods, complex structures, multiple construction processes, and poor universality. The study expounds on the optimized design and research innovation in terms of the plane profile, control dimension, rail bearing platform, limit structure, isolation or damping layer, and reserved interface for the installation of the switch machine. The turnout bed was successfully applied in the second phase of the Chongqing Metro Line 4 project. Compared with the existing prefabricated turnout structures, the new turnout bed demonstrated its production and construction convenience and potential for urban rail transit.
