摘    要:基于通信的列车控制系统 CBTC 得到了广泛应用,并成为城市轨道交通信号系统的新标准,相对既往信 号系统具有列车追踪间隔时间短的显著优势,这与信号系统对轨道区段的划分方式密切相关。CBTC 系统通过将 物理区段细分为多个较短的逻辑区段,使得同一个大物理区段可以容纳多列车追踪运行,但同时也引入了新的问 题,需处理两种区段状态;而区段占用状态有两个信息来源,在特定情况下会出现两者信息不一致的情况,造成 信号故障关闭或进路不能正常解锁,影响运营效率。为了更可靠地获得区段占用状态,从计轴故障占用、列车定 位误差、系统延时方面对两种区段状态信息不一致的原因进行研究,分析具体场景中对区段状态的处理方法及存 在的问题,并提出在“区段融合”基础上增加“列车跨压信号机信息”或“即时占用,延时出清”判断策略,不 仅确保了信号系统的安全性和可靠性,还提高了列车运行效率。

Abstract:The communication-based train control system (CBTC) is widely used in urban rail transit and has become a new standard for the urban rail transit signal system. Compared with previous signal systems, the CBTC has the significant advantage of shorter train tracking interval, which is closely related to the way in which the signal system divides the track block. Physical extents being subdivided into several shorter logical extents makes the same physical segments accommodate more trains in operation. However, this leads to a new problem: the need to deal with two types of section occupancy status, originating from two different information sources. This double information may be inconsistent under certain circumstances, making the signal fail to close or the route fail to be unlocked, affecting the operation efficiency. To obtain a more reliable section occupancy status, the cause of the information inconsistence of the two block states is discussed in this study in terms of the failure occupation of the axle counter, train positioning error, and system time delay. The approach used and problems faced when dealing with block states in a specific scenario are analyzed, and the addition of the train across the signal information or the use of the judgment strategy of instant occupation and delay clearing is proposed on the basis of block fusion, which not only ensures the safety and reliability of the signal system, but also improves the efficiency of train operation.
