城市轨道交通站点周边土地利用的空间梯度特性研究

轨道交通与城市一体化规划，需要精细化分析城市轨道交通站点周边的土地利用。采集城市站点周边土 地利用及空间分布数据，从定性与定量角度，开展站点域尺度的土地利用空间梯度特性研究。首先，运用 K-means 聚类算法挖掘城市轨道交通站点周边土地利用的空间分布规律，提出土地利用空间梯度特性的形态模式辨识方 法；其次，基于 TOPSIS 方法进行改进，提出土地利用空间梯度特性的量化评分方法；最后，以北京轨道交通网 络作为案例，分析得到土地利用梯度特性的 5 类形态模式以及各站点土地梯度特性的量化评分，为促进轨道交通 与城市的一体化协调发展提供方法。

Spatial Gradient Characteristics of Land Use around Urban Rail Transit Stations

A comprehensive analysis of land use around urban rail transit stations is needed for the integrated planning of rail transits and cities. The purpose of this study is to study the spatial gradient characteristics of land use both qualitatively and quantitatively. First, using the K-means method, a method for identifying the morphological characteristics of the spatial gradient of land use is developed. Second, based on the improved TOPSIS model, a quantitative evaluation method of the spatial gradient characteristics is proposed. Finally, the results of a case study of Table the Beijing rail transit network showed five morphological modes and quantitative evaluation of the spatial gradient and provided a methodological basis for promoting the integrated and coordinated development of urban rail transit.
