节段预制桥梁技术在广州地铁的应用及发展研究

摘    要:自2003年开始,广州地铁先后在4号线、6号线、14号线和21号线采用了节段预制桥梁技术,从开始应用阶段的节段预制简支梁逐渐发展为连续刚构.为了更好地推动节段预制桥梁技术的进一步发展,发挥节段预制连续刚构的优势,对节段预制桥梁技术在广州地铁的应用和发展进行了总结;对节段预制简支梁和连续刚构进行了对比分析,表明后者可以节省建设期总造价和运营期支座维养费用;提出了技术提升建议:标准段桥梁跨度尽可能统一、上下部结构全桥预制、体内体外预应力混合配束、可重复利用的临时预应力张拉台座、墩顶0号块预制架设和全桥无支架施工,可以进一步提高综合经济效益.

Abstract:Since 2003, segmental precast bridge technology has been adopted in Guangzhou Metro lines 4, 6, 14, and 21. The segmental precast simply supported beam in the initial application stage gradually developed into a continuous rigid frame. To promote further development of segmental precast bridge technology and take advantage of the segmental precast continuous rigid frame, the application and development of segmental precast bridge technology in Guangzhou Metro are summarized in this paper; a comparison and analysis of the segmental precast simply supported beam and continuous rigid frame is conducted. The use of a continuous rigid frame can reduce the total cost in terms of construction period and maintenance cost of bridge bearings during the operation period. Moreover, suggestions for technical improvement are provided: the span of the standard section bridge should be unified as much as possible, the entire bridge precast of superstructures and substructures, internal and external prestressed mixed tendons, reusable temporary prestressed tensioning pedestal, precast and erection of No. 0 segment of the main beam on the pier top, and no-support construction of the entire bridge should be adopted, which can further improve the comprehensive economic benefits.
