摘    要:为提高城市轨道交通安全管理整体效率,提升安全管理信息化水平,实现管控的科学决策、精准施策,以青岛地铁为例,通过建立一体化安全监控平台,集成风险管理、隐患排查治理、盾构/TBM监控、教育培训、应急资源管理、视频监控等业务系统,实现各业务之间的数据共享及互联互通,打破信息孤岛,增强协同联动,为多线网地铁建设信息化的更新升级提供借鉴与指导。

Abstract:This study aims to enhance the overall efficiency of safety management, elevate the level of safety management digitization, and realize scientific decision-making and precise policy implementation for management and control. Qingdao Metro has established a safety risk monitoring platform that integrates risk management, hidden danger investigation and management, shield/TBM monitoring, education and training, emergency command management, on-site video surveillance, and other major business systems. The platform has facilitated data sharing and connectivity between various businesses, broken down data silos, and improved collaboration among different modules. This provides valuable information for updating and upgrading multi-line network subway construction references and guidance.
