城轨交通突发事件应急救援系统的设计及实现

摘    要:在已有地铁、城轨建设运营信息化的基础上进行系统建设,采用3G视频流媒体、GIS(地理信息系统)和MAS(多代理系统)等理论和技术,针对城市轨道交通系统因其封闭(或半封闭)的运行环境所带来的救援空间狭小、事故地点内部环境情况复杂、现场状况难以反馈、救援不易深入等特殊问题,对救援部门进行合理分工,设计救援的详细流程,提出适合轨道交通的救援方案及其实施方法.

Abstract:Based on the information-operated metro and urban rail transit,a system for traffic emergency rescue was designed.Utilizing theories and technologies such as 3G streaming media,GIS,MAS and so on as well as considering the urban transit's narrow rescue space resulted from its enclosed or semi-enclosed environment,the complicated accident environment,and the difficulty in feedback of the status of the scene and in rescue,this system postulates reasonable division of rescue work and designs the whole process of rescue,and also proposes a rescue option and its implementation for urban rail transit.
