摘    要:与主体工程相比,城市轨道交通附属工程具有自身的风险特点,往往事故多发且容易被人们忽视。收集整理近年来国内城市轨道交通附属工程在建设过程所出现的部分事故案例,按照事故发生部位、事故类型、事故发生年份以及附属工程施工工法等多个方面进行统计分析,并总结事故发生规律。从客观与主观、技术与管理等多角度对附属工程事故多发的主要原因进行剖析,为拟定风险控制对策明确方向。探讨说明附属工程主要风险预控要点,提出开工前环境核查、设计施工方案优化、利用信息化管理手段、完善安全技术保障体系等安全风险控制对策,从而为城市轨道交通附属工程安全风险管控提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract:Compared with the main structure, the ancillary project of urban rail transit has its own risk characteristics, and often the accident is frequent and easily overlooked by people. First, this paper collected some accident cases in the process of the construction of ancillary projects of an urban rail transit in China, and analyzed from accident locations, types, years and construction methods, etc. Second, this paper analyzed the main safety risks and causes from subjective and objective factors as well as technical and management factors, and the direction for risk control strategies was clarified. Furthermore, the solutions to safety risk management of urban rail transit is proposed from the perspectives of pre-control points of safety risks, verification of environmental investigation, optimization of the design plan, improvement of information system, etc. It could be taken as reference for safety risk management in urban rail transit.
