摘    要:当盾构需要在4.0bar下进行带压作业时,选择哪种作业方式,整体效率取决于有效的工作时间与必需的减压时间。饱和作业突破了大深度条件下停留时间的限制,显著提升了带压作业的效率。本文着重介绍超大直径泥水平衡盾构饱和作业系统配套包含有盾构带压作业舱、地面居住舱、移动穿梭舱、氦气回收系统等严格按照国内外相关标准配套,保证人员带压作业施工安全。

Abstract:When the shield needs to be pressurized at 4.0 bar, which operation mode is selected and the overall efficiency depends on the effective working time and the necessary decompression time. Saturated operation breaks the limit of residence time under large depth conditions, and significantly improves the efficiency of pressurized operations. This paper focuses on the introduction of a large-diameter slurry balance shield saturation operation system that contains air lock, ground shelters, mobile shuttle cabins and helium recovery systems ,all are strictly in accordance with relevant domestic and international standards to ensure the safety of personnel working under pressure.
