哈尔滨过江通道 公轨合建线路方案初步研究

哈尔滨日益增长的过江车流、客流以及城市过江发展要求,急需哈尔滨新增一处过江通道;经过对城市整体线网及轨道交通线网规划的研究发现,轨道交通4号线与规划景阳街隧道在过江位置上满足城市发展需求,且两者在线由上基本一致,两者具备合并建设的条件;通过对合建方案的线位、建设形式、两者相互影响、与城市现状及规划的关系以及对城市交通服务功能的初步研究表明,哈尔滨轨道交通4号线过江隧道与规划景阳隧道合并建设是可行的合理,公轨合建方案具有快速联系江北新区、哈站区域、哈西区域;缓解了城市交通压力的功能,起到“缓堵保畅”的重要作用;同时,加强江南区域与江北区域的联系,带动江北地区快速发展;从促进城市发展、提升城市品质角度具有重要意义。

Preliminary Route Plan Study on Combined Construction of Highway Tunnels and Subway Tunnels of the Cross-river Channel in Harbin

Abstract: According to the increasing traffic flow, passenger flow and urban development requirements, a new passageway is urgently needed in Harbin. According to the study of urban integrated line network and rail transit network planning, it is found that rail transit line 4 and the planning JingYang street tunnel meet the development needs of the city, and both are almost the same on line, both have combined construction requirement. Preliminary studies show that, considering the relationship between the line position, the construction form, the interaction between the two, the current situation and the planning of the city, and the function of the city traffic service,it is feasible and reasonable to merge the tunnel of Harbin rail transit line 4 and the planning JingYang tunnel. The combined construction plan of highway tunnels and subway tunnels has the rapid contact with northern region of Songhua river new area, Harbin station area and Harbin western region; It alleviates the function of urban traffic pressure, and plays an important role in "easing the congestion". At the same time, strengthen the connection between the south area of the Songhua River and the northern region of the Songhua River, and promote the rapid development of the northern part of the Songhua River. It is of great significance to promote urban development and improve urban quality.
