杭州市望江路过江隧道 大直径盾构施工风险控制

摘    要:随着人们出行方式的提高,交通建设也在日益发展壮大,城市内的大直径盾构隧道也迎来了蓬勃的发展机遇,盾构法施工有着不影响地面交通、减少对附近居民的噪音影响、施工不受天气气候的影响等优点,能够较经济、有效的完成施工,但要穿越江河湖海和地表构筑物,盾构施工安全风险的管控十分重要。本文以杭州市望江路过江隧道项目为例,通过对施工过程中盾构选型、盾构始发、穿越钱塘江、盾构掘进、盾构姿态、盾构接收等风险的分析,提前做好相应准备工作,确保盾构顺利掘进,也为了今后的大直径盾构施工积累宝贵的经验。

Abstract:With the improvement of people travel way, traffic construction is also increasingly growing, large diameter shield tunnel in the city also ushered in the booming development opportunities, shield method construction has some advantages such as not affect ground traffic, reduce the noise influence to the nearby residents, the construction is not affected by the weather climate, be able to complete the construction of more economic and effective, but want to cross the rivers, lakes and the sea and the surface structures, shield tunnel construction security risk control is very important. Hangzhou Wangjiang road river-crossing tunnel project as an example, through the selection of the construction process of shield, shield originating, across the Qiantang river, shield tunneling shield, shield posture, receiving such as risk analysis, make preparations in advance, to ensure smooth tunneling shield and large diameter shield construction accumulated valuable experience in the future.
