城市发展模式转变条件下的轨道交通建设必要性研究

因城市空间发展的不足而引发的一系列城市问题,已引起社会各界的普遍关注.转变城市空间发展模式,促进城市社会经济发展,是解决城市空间发展问题的主要途径.城市空间发展模式由单核向多核的演变,使轨道交通建设显得更为必要.通过对昆明市城市发展空间的研究,指出轨道交通建设为促进功能不完善、产业结构不合理的环湖小城镇的升级,实现昆明"一湖四片"空间发展模式转变的规划目标提供了可能.提出城市发展模式转变后轨道交通建设的必要性.它能够给城市带来若干利益,不但能够促进主城与卫星城、多个组团、多核心之间的交通联系,同时也能够刺激组团内部、卫星城的经济发展,建设轨道交通是支撑城市空间模式转变的有效途径.
