摘    要:文章介绍了ZMAl00型地铁车辆转向架构架的结构特点,并利用仿真分析、强度试验和线路动应力测试等多种方法对构架进行了强度验证。合理的结构设计和多种强度校核手段为构架的高可靠性提供了保障,为城轨车辆构架设计提供了较好的借鉴。

Abstract:This paper presents the structure characteristic of type ZMAIO0 bogie frame for metro vehicles. And the strength eheck is made out through the simulation analysis, the experiment of static strength and fatigue strength, and the test of dynamic stress on railway. Results show that the reasonable structure design and multiple methods of strength check are the guarantee for the reliability of bogie frame ,which also provide a good design reference for the bogie frames of metro vehicles.
