焊缝余高对A7N01P—T4铝合金焊接接头疲劳性能的影响

摘    要:分别对4mm厚A7N01P—T4铝合金板材平滑对接焊缝试件和带余高对接焊缝试件进行了疲劳试验和分析。结果表明在10^7循环次数下。平滑对接焊缝的疲劳强度为120MPa,带余高对接焊缝的疲劳强度为90MPa。由焊缝余高造成的截面突变会引起应力集中,会削弱焊缝的疲劳强度。

Abstract:The 4 mm thickness A7N01P-T4 aluminum alloy sheet specimens with polished butt weld and with reinforcement butt weld are respectively made fatigue tests and analyzed. The results show that under the 107 cycles,the fatigue strength of polished butt weld is 120 MPa and the fatigue strength of butt weld with reinforcement is 90 MPa. The weld section break caused by weld reinforcement can lead to stress concentration,which will weaken the weld fatigue strength.
