摘    要:结合板式无砟轨道桥面防水层采用喷涂(纯)聚脲弹性体防水涂料的施工,介绍了石武客专明港跨京广特大桥CRTSⅡ型板式无咋轨道桥面防水层的施工工艺和施工方法,很好地解决了喷涂(纯)聚脲弹性体防水材料施工中常见的脱层、鼓泡、针孔以及与基面粘结强度偏低等难题,保证了梁体防水质量和平整度要求,为CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道桥面防水层采用喷涂(纯)聚脲弹性体防水涂料的施工技术应用提供了参考。

Abstract:Combining with the technology of spraying polyurea coating waterprove on the floor surface of ballastless track construction,this paper introduces the construction technology and methods of the CRTSⅡ slab ballastless track bridge deck waterproof layer in Minggang Super-Large Bridge on Shijiazhuang-Wuhan Passenger Dedicated Line,which solves the difficult problems of polyurea elastomer waterproof material construction such as delamination,blistering,pinhole and low bond strength on the interarea and ensures waterproof quality and Levelness requirements of beam,thus provides some reference for the construction of base plate template for CRTS II plate-type ballastless tracks that adopt spraying polyurea coating waterproof technology.
