Construction Technology of Bridge Deck Waterproof Layer of Ballastless Track in Passenger Dedicated Line

Combining with the technology of spraying polyurea coating waterprove on the floor surface of ballastless track construction,this paper introduces the construction technology and methods of the CRTSⅡ slab ballastless track bridge deck waterproof layer in Minggang Super-Large Bridge on Shijiazhuang-Wuhan Passenger Dedicated Line,which solves the difficult problems of polyurea elastomer waterproof material construction such as delamination,blistering,pinhole and low bond strength on the interarea and ensures waterproof quality and Levelness requirements of beam,thus provides some reference for the construction of base plate template for CRTS II plate-type ballastless tracks that adopt spraying polyurea coating waterproof technology.
