高层建筑密集区内深基坑控制爆破综合施工技术

以深圳市广深港客运专线福田地下车站基坑土石方开挖为例,介绍了在城市中心区建设大型地下车站深基坑弱风化层施工过程中,采用台阶微差控制爆破+静态控制爆破综合技术,通过合理选择爆破参数、严格控制单孔深度、装药量、装药结构、控制爆破震动强度和飞石危害,使爆破区周围及基坑结构本身建(构)筑物得到保护。

Comprehensive Construction Technology on Controlled Blasting in Deep Foundation Pit of High-rise Building Concentrated Area

Through the example of earth-rock excavation in foundation of Futian underground station under Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hongkong Passenger Dedicated Line,this paper introduces the using of bench millisecond delay controlled blas-ting and static controlled blasting technology.Reasonable choice of blasting parameters and strict control of hole depth,ex-plosive dosage,charging pattern,vibrating strength and flying rock in the construction of moderate weathering deep founda-tion pit of big scale underground station in urban central area protect the structures near the blast zone and the foundation pit structure itself.
