跨海大桥大体积承台混凝土裂纹控制

摘    要:东海大桥主通航孔斜拉桥主墩承台与钻孔桩施工设施相结合,在离岸边较远的海洋环境中一次性浇筑,通过对混凝土配合比的优化和采用混凝土表面保温保湿养护方法来控制大体积混凝土内外温差,从而控制混凝土裂纹的出现。同时介绍了承台混凝土施工过程中的温度测试的测点布置方法和温度监测结果。

Abstract:The main sea-route span of the Donghai Bridge is a cable stayed bridge, its main pier cap is closely combined with the equipments and working platforms which have been used for the drilling of the bored piles. The cap concrete is filled in the mould continuously in the sea environment far from the coastline. By means of maintaining the temperature and humidity at the concrete surface to control the temperature difference between inside and outside of mass concrete body, we try to control appearing of crack. The method of how to lay out observation site during the construction of pier caps concrete and its temperature datum are introduced.
