曲线异型变截面钢箱梁制造及架设施工技术

摘    要:钢箱梁制造及架设施工受钢箱梁结构形式影响较大,由于钢箱梁断面结构复杂,顶板较宽、底板较窄,梁顶面有横坡,匝道位置钢箱梁还有纵坡,线形控制困难,常规方法加工难度大。本文重点研究了变截面钢箱梁的加工制造方法,通过对箱梁结构的分析研究,较好地控制了钢箱梁的几何尺寸及整体外观线形,简化了桥位施工难度,有效地保证了钢箱梁的施工质量,总结得出一套变截面钢箱梁的加工制造及架设施工工艺,对类似工程提供借鉴意义。

Abstract:The fabrication and erection of steel box girder are greatly influenced by the structural form of steel box girder.The cross-section structure of steel box girder is complicated with wider top plate and narrower bottom plate.The top surface of box girder has a slope,ramp has longitudinal slope,steel box girder has vertical slope,and linear control is difficult.Therefore,it has difficulties in producing by using conventional method.The article focuses on the manufacturing method of variable cross-section steel box girder.Through analysis and research of box girder structure,the author summarizes the manufacturing and erecting technology of variable cross-section steel box girder,which is capable of better controlling the physical dimension and overall appearance of steel box girders,simplifying the construction of bridges locations and guaranteeing effectively the construction quality of steel box girders.It could provide reference for similar projects.
