摘    要:以某地铁车站H型钢水泥土搅拌墙盾构端头井洞门渗漏水事件为依托,分析研究SMW工法桩作为盾构隧道端头井洞门围护结构的可行性和潜在风险。通过工程实践证明,使用洞门临时封堵墙+袖阀管注浆技术进行洞门止水加固,采取水平取芯检测法进行止水加固体质量检测并控制加固体质量,SMW工法桩密插H型钢作为盾构隧道洞门围护结构是经济、安全、可行的,能有效地防止洞门加固体发生渗漏水、坍塌等潜在风险,为盾构机进、出洞提供安全保障条件,这些处理技术可为更多类似软土层盾构隧道工程提供参考。

Abstract:Relying on a subway station H shaped steel and cement soil mixing wall shield end well chamber door infiltration water leakage, the paper analyzes and researches the feasibility and potential risks of the shield end well chamber door using SMW pile enclosure structure. The engineering practice proves that comprehensive control measures of temporary plugging chamber door wall and sleeve valve pipe grouting technology for tunnel door sealing reinforcement, the horizontal core drilling for the quality testing of water prevention structure, and SMW pile with H shaped steel as the supporting structure for the entrance of the shield tunnel are cost saving, safe and feasible. This can effectively prevent the risks of infiltration water leakage of cave door, collapse and other potential risks, and provide security for the entrance and exit of shielding and references for more similar soft soil shield tunnel engineering.
