盾构机自动导向系统测量复核方法

摘    要:盾构机因其具有较好的安全性及技术优越性,具有地面作业少,对周围地表沉降和环境影响小,自动化程度高,施工速度快等优势,近年来在城市地铁及城市铁路隧道建设中被普遍采用。盾构机的自动测量导向系统也已经广泛应用于盾构隧道施工中,但是对自动测量导向系统的可靠性及稳定性仍然需要定期进行人工复核。以广深港高速铁路深港隧道采用的德国VMT自动导向系统为例,对盾构机自动测量导向系统的人工测量复核方法进行了研究。

Abstract:Shield machines with high security and technological superiority boasts the advantages of fewer ground operation and little influences on the ground surface settlement and outside environment. Due to its high degree of automation and fast speed of construction, shield machines have been widely used in the constructions of urban subways and underground tunnel projects. Automatic survey guidance system of shield machine has been widely used in shield tunnel construction. But the reliability and stability of the system still needs manual rechecking on a regular basis. This paper takes the German VMT automatic guidance system used in the Shenzhen-Hong Kong tunnel of Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail as an example and introduces the artificial measurement rechecking method for automatic survey guidance system of shield machines.
