摘    要:介绍澳门南湾A12号地段商住项目钻孔嵌岩H型钢桩加固基础施工技术的若干要点。由于该项目地处澳门南湾湖边,为现有结构改造,在钻孔桩施工中面临着保护现有结构和钻穿地库底板后地库止水等问题,着重介绍解决上述施工难点所采取的外搭施工钢平台方案和地库止水方案。

Abstract:This thesis focuses on certain essentials of the constructional techniques of foundation strengthening with rock-socketed steel H-piles by means of drilling & piling in commercial & residential development at lot AI2 Nam Van Lake,Macao. As the works of strengthening to the existing structures, it encountered the difficulties of protection of the existing structures and water-resistant processing of the basement bottom slab penetrated by the newly drilled piles since the Project is located closely by the Nam Van Lake in Macao. This thesis highlights the construction methods of erection of the steel working platform and water-resistant processing of the basement.
