摘    要:针对秦沈和武广客运专线铁路就地浇筑的跨度为24m的预应力混凝土整体箱梁,应用MIDAS/Civil结构分析软件,采用CEB—FIP(MC90)徐变和收缩模型,建立预应力混凝土简支梁的非线性有限元模型,通过计算相同施工阶段下的跨中挠度,从而验证试验结果。在此基础上,将两类箱梁的徐变收缩变形和变形速率进行了对比。结果表明,两类箱梁的徐变收缩变形规律基本一致,武广-24m箱梁的徐变收缩值小于相应秦沈-24m箱梁,并且武广-24m箱梁的徐变速率也小于秦沈-24m箱梁的徐变速率,说明武广-24m箱梁的结构设计要比秦沈-24m箱梁的考虑得更完善一些。

Abstract:According to 24 m PC box girders casted-in-site on a double-track railway line of Qinhuangdao-Shenyang passenger line and Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger line, the program of MIDAS/Civil was adopted and the nonlinear finite element models (MC90) of prestressed concrete (PC) simple beam were established. Through calculating the mid-span deflection at the same construction phase, the reliability of the present method was validated by the test results from references. Then the creep and shrink deformation and deformation rate of the two box-girders was compared. Results show that the creep and shrinkage law of the two box-girders is almost the same and the creep and shrink deformation of Wuguang - 24 m box girder was smaller than that of Qinshen -24 m box girder, and the creep rate of the Wuguang -24 m box girder was also smaller than that of Qinshen - 24 m box girder. It showed that the structural design of Wugnang - 24 m box girder was perfecter than that of Qinshen - 24 m box girder.
