摘    要:湖北省沪蓉西高速公路支井河特大桥为钢管砼拱桥高强微膨胀C50钢管混凝土的性能及可施工性对钢管混凝土拱桥的施工质量至关重要。为保证山区复杂地形条件下大直径钢管泵送顶升高强微膨胀混凝土的的性能及可施工性,对其配合比设计、性能试验方法和分析、微膨胀混凝土膨胀性能及水化放热进行了深入研究,并取得了满意的效果。

Abstract:The performance and workability of high-strength micro-expansion C50 steel tube concrete are essential to the construction quality of CFST arch bridge. To guarantee the performance and workability of large diameter steel tube jacking high-strength micro-expansion concrete under the complex conditions of mountain areas, the study on mix design, performance test method and analysis, performance of micro-expansion concrete and exothermic hydration is made and a satisfactory result is obtained.
