天兴洲长江大桥缆索制造和低温卷盘研究

摘    要:武汉天兴洲公铁两用长江大桥最大缆索规格为PESC7-451,是目前我国大跨度斜拉桥中规格较大的,它的生产制造对生产设备和工艺技术水平有着严格要求。通过研究低温环境下缆索塑料护套的应力状态,说明卷索和展索的时机应引起重视。

Abstract:The maximal cable specification of Wuhan Tianxingzhou Yangtze River Rail-cum-Road Bridge is PESC7 -451, the largest one in China's current long-span railway cable-stayed bridges.Manufacturing equipment and processing technology are strictly required in its production and manufacture.Through research on low temperature state of cable sheath,it is proved that enough attention should be attached to the timing of cable rolling and spreading.
