滇西地区复杂地质条件下隧道施工技术研究

摘    要:随着经济社会的快速发展,我国西南地区公路、铁路、城市轨道交通等建设密度越来越高。西南地区地质构造复杂,隧道施工难度大,施工工期长。为了提高隧道施工进度及安全性,施工方法的选择尤为重要。围岩的自稳能力决定了施工方法的选择,无论何种施工方法,均应在围岩自稳时间内完成初期支护,确保围岩稳定,防止隧道塌方、变形。基于围岩自稳时间的三台阶施工方法,在各个工序中加入时间要素,改变了开挖工法频繁转换的现状,做到了复杂地质条件下快挖、快支、快成环,提高了隧道施工进度,保证了施工安全。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the construction density of highways,railways and urban rail transit in southwest China is getting higher and higher.In southwest China,the geological structure is complex,the tunnel construction is difficult,and the construction period is long.In order to improve the tunnel construction progress and safety,the choice of construction method is particularly important.The self-stabilizing ability of surrounding rock determines the choice of construction method.No matter what construction method is,the initial support should be completed within the self-stabilizing time of surrounding rock to ensure the stability of surrounding rock and prevent tunnel collapse and deformation.Based on the three-step construction method of surrounding rock self-stability time,the time factor is taken into account in each working procedure,which changes the status quo of frequent conversion of excavation method,achieves fast excavation,fast support and fast ring formation under complex geological conditions,improves the progress of tunnel construction and ensures the construction safety.
