盾构区间全断面硬岩处理方法研究

摘    要:盾构机开挖范围为全断面硬岩地层时,施工效率低、机身震动大、刀具磨损快一直是盾构施工中的难题。以厦门市轨道交通3号线浦边站~后村站盾构区间工程为背景,通过对左右线相似全断面硬岩段采用爆破预处理及不进行爆破处理两种不同处理方法时,盾构掘进过程中的掘进参数、刀具磨损情况、成型管片及隧道渗漏水情况进行分析对比,总结了盾构区间全断面硬岩处理方法。为今后类似工程提供了相关技术指导和实践经验,具有重要借鉴意义。

Abstract:The low construction efficiency,large vibration of shied machine and fast tool wear are always the problems when the shield machine is driving in the full-section hard rock strata.With the example of shield interval project between Pubian Station and Houcun Station of Xiamen Rail Transit Line 3,this paper summarized the treatment methods of full-section hard rock in the shield zone by analyzing and comparing the tunneling parameters,tool wear,shaped pipe segments and tunnel leakage when two different treatment methods of blasting pretreatment and no blasting treatment were adopted for the hard rock segment with a full section similar to the left and right lines.It can provide relevant technical guidance and practical experience for similar projects in the future.
