摘    要:隧道掘进机(TBM)以其快速、优质、安全的施工特点已被我国工程领域广泛认可,且正在不断扩大应用范围甚至迎来"井喷式"发展趋势。为拓展TBM应用领域和范围,从地质适应性、支护结构、构筑物结构强度与耐久性、掘进速度、综合成洞速度、成本6个方面分析各机型的工程适应性,研究TBM发展所面临的挑战并从设备、隧道设计和施工三方面提出了初步思路,以期为相关单位和工程提供参考,促进TBM施工健康发展。

Abstract:Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM)has been widely accepted in the field of engineering in our country for its fast,high quality and safe construction characteristics,and it has been widely applied and even ushered in the development trend of TBM.In order to expand the application field and scope of TBM,this paper analyzes the engineering adaptability of each type TBM from the aspects of geological adaptability,support structure,structural strength and durability of structures,tunneling speed,synthetic tunneling speed and cost.And then,the challenges faced by the development of TBM are studied and the preliminary ideas in the aspects of equipment,tunnel design and construction are put forward,with a view to provide reference for relevant units and projects,and promote the healthy development of TBM construction.
