锦州港至白音华铁路天河梁越岭段线路方案研究

越岭段的铁路选线是线路选线中的重点、关键,涉及到线路走向、投资节省、运营安全、减灾防灾等;越岭段的选线应因地制宜、因线制宜,综合考虑铁路建设及运营期间的各方面需求。针对锦州港至白音华铁路由赤峰越天河梁进入锡林浩特界,线路方案综合了灾害防治、绿色环保、运营通风、运输实践、投资节省等因素,经过系统的研究、比选后确定。天河梁越岭段线路选线是减灾选线理念在山区越岭选线的工程实践,对严寒多雪的山区铁路越岭选线具有一定指导意义。

Research of Crossing Route Selection of Tianheliang Mountainous Area from Railway Line of Jinzhou Port to Baiyinhua

The railway crossing route selection in mountainous area is the key point in the route planning,which involves the route direction,investment saving,operation safety,disaster reduction and prevention,etc.The line selection in mountainous section should be adapted to local conditions and route planning,and all aspects of railway construction and operational needs shall be comprehensively considered.As for the Jinzhou Port-Baiyinhua Railway entering Xilinhot from Chifen Tianheliang mountain area,the crossing route plan integrated disaster prevention,environmental protection,operation ventilation,transportation practice,investment saving and other factors,and then the scheme was determined after systematic research and comparison.The crossing route design of Tianheliang section is an engineering practice of the concept of disaster reduction in mountainous area,which has certain guiding significance for the railway route selection of mountainous section in cold and snowy areas.
