摘    要:以青岛地铁南昌路北站为工程背景,针对拱盖法地铁车站施工过程,采用Midas Gts NX有限元分析软件建立实体模型,模拟施工过程的各阶段,研究过程中引起的地层沉降规律,拱盖开挖阶段的地面沉降在整个施工过程中占据了较大的比例(67.9%~90.4%),通过施工阶段中已完成部分的监测数据加以验证,监测值与计算值基本吻合,监测值中沉降最大点位置比计算值更偏向于先行开挖的导洞一侧,以此为基础对车站施工完成后的地面沉降进行预估,研究结果为车站施工方案的可行性提供了依据。同时,基于相关调查及研究工作对拱盖法的适用性进行了分析。

Abstract:Based on Nanchang Road North Station of Qingdao subway,entity models are built to simulate the stages of the construction processes by finite element analysis software Midas Gts NX,the procedural ground deformations of metro station constructed by arch-cover method are studied.The deformation occupies a large proportion(67.9%~90.4%)when the arch-cover is excavated during processes in the station*s construction,the subsidence is compared and verified by the monitoring data which has been collected,the monitoring value is basically consistent with the calculated value,and the maximum settlement point is closer by the tunnel excavated first,then the final value of the settlement is estimated,and the results provide a basis for the feasibility of the station construction.Besides,the applicability of arch-cover method is analyzed based on the relevant investigation and research work.
